Feb. 1793 von Preußen in Besitz genommen wird, untersagt ihm ein Kammerreskript vom 3. Mai 1797 die Ausübung der Rechtspflege. Er lehnt sich gegen das Verbot auf und wird (nachdem er ein unehelich schwangeres Mädchen auspeitschen ließ, das daraufhin eine Fehlgeburt erlitt) mit einer Strafe von 1.000 Talern belegt.";
