The 5694 Budget which was approved by the 18th Congress', and the Administrative Committee of the Agency, amounted to £P. 19,500. This poor budget, the smallest since the existence of the Department, was further curtailed by £P. 5,000 as a result of the economic depression and fixed at £P. 14,500, and thanks only to the surpluses from the preceding year amounting to> £P. 14,549.921 was the Department able to continue its work.
