I have obtained all the information and explanations I have required, and in my opinion the Income and Expenditure audited by me, together with the detailed schedules and comments are properly drawn up so as to exhibit a true and correct view of the state of the affairs of the Central Bureau For The Settlement Of German Jews for the period October 17th, 1935, to March 31st, 1937, according to the best of my information and explanations given to me, and as shown by the books of the above Central Bureau. As to the accounts of the London Office, I have relied on the statement of the Central Office in London, audited up to 30.6.36; and from ist, July 1936 to 31.3.37 a statement of the accounts of the London Office was brought before me, which will be audited at the end of June 1937, as the audit of the accounts there is made once a year.
