The actual expenditure during 5687 has however greatly surpassed even the limits of the changed budget. For comparison with the figures of the budget we refer to page 17 of the report showing separately the expenditure on account of the budget for 5687 and the expenditure in advance of the budget of 5688. The specification of the item „unpaid budgets of 5687" is given on page 47 of the report. The advances on next year as well as the unpaid commitments for the current year must be added to the expenditure on account of the budget in order to give a true picture of the expenditure actually incurred It shows then that a total of LE : 667,170.822 was spent as against an original budget of LE: 509. 100.000 7. The expenditure on account of the budget year 5687 amounted to 567.881 055 The authorised changed budget amounted to 535.500.000 The budget of 5687 was therefore overstepped by LE: 32,381*055 10
